A trip to Seoul by the Han River bus (한강 버스를타고 서울 나들이)

Ttukseom Hangang Park (뚝섬한강공원) 

My friend and I wanted to see the Han River again after a long time, so we went to Ttukseom Hangang Park.
The weather was clear and pleasantly cool, and many people came out to enjoy the park.
친구와 나는 오랜만에 한강을 보고싶어 뚝섬 한강공원으로 갔다.
날씨가 맑고 선선하여 많은 사람들이 뚝섬 한강공원을 찾았다.

In the distance, we could see Namsan Mountain and Lotte World Tower.
저멀리 남산과 롯데타워가 보인다.

Han River BUS (한강버스)

As we were walking around Ttukseom Hangang Park, we noticed a newly built building.
When we went inside, we realized it was a brand-new Han River bus stop that had just opened recently.

우리는 뚝섬 한강공원을 걷다 새로 생긴 건물을 보았다.
들어가보니 얼마전에 새로 생긴 한강버스 정류장 이였다.


My friend and I decided to hop on the next Han River bus to Jamsil — the earliest one we could catch.
The fare was 3,000 won for adults, 1,800 won for teenagers, and 1,100 won for children.

그래서 나는 친구와함께 제일 빨리탈수있는 잠실행 한강버스를 타기로 하였다.
금액은 성인 3000원, 청소년 1800원, 어린이 1100원이였다.

Maybe because I went on the weekend, the bus to Magok had already stopped running early, so we were told we’d have to wait for the next one.
If you have a T-money transportation card or a credit card that supports transit payment, you don’t need to buy a separate ticket.
But we didn’t know that, so we ended up purchasing tickets anyway.

아마도 내가 주말에가서 마곡행은 일찍 마감되어 다음 버스까지 기다려야한다고 했다.
티머니 교통카드나 교통카드를 지원하는 신용카드가 있으면 표를 따로 안사도 된다.
하지만 우리는 그 사실을 몰라 표를 구매하였다.


After waiting for about 10 minutes, the boat arrived, and a crew member wearing a pink uniform docked it.
I couldn’t help but think that the crew’s outfit looked a lot like the guards’ uniforms from Squid Game.

10분정도 대기하니 배가 왔고 분홍색 옷입은 선원이 배를 정박하였다.
선원옷이 오징어게임 병정 유니폼이랑 비슷하다는 생각이들었다.


The inside of the boat was more comfortable than I expected, with a small shop selling snacks and a restroom.
There was also a bicycle rack, so some people brought their bikes on the Han River bus.

배 내부는 생각보다 쾌적했고 간단한 간식거리를 파는 매점과 화징실이 있다.
그리고 자전거 거치대도 있어 몇몇 사람들은 자전거를 가지고 한강버스를 이용하였다.


After the boat departed, we were allowed to go out to the rear deck, so we enjoyed the view of Seoul from the Han River.
The city looked different from the river.
Feeling the wind on the deck and watching Seoul’s beautiful scenery as the boat cut through the water lifted my spirits.

배가 출발하고 잠시뒤 배 선미 부분에 나올 수 있다하여 우리는 한강위에서 서울 경치를 감상하였다.
한강위에서 바라본 서울 경치는 색달랐다.
배위에 바람을 맞으며,물살을 가르며 서울의 멋진 풍경을 보니 기분이 좋아졌다.





As we got closer to the Olympic Stadium, the crew asked us to go back inside and wait.
It took about 15 minutes to travel on the Han River bus from Ttukseom (Jayang Station) to Jamsil.

올림픽경기장에 가까워져오니 선원분께서 실내로 들어가서 대기하라 하셨다.
뚝섬(자양역) 부터 잠실까지 한강버스를 타고 대략 15분정도 쯤 소요됬다.

Jamsil Hangang Park and Seokchon Lake(잠실 한강공원과 석촌호수)

We got off at the Jamsil Han River bus stop and explored Jamsil Hangang Park.
What stood out to me were the beautiful lake, the reeds, and the sandy area with pink umbrellas.
We liked that sandy spot so much that we took a short break there.

우리는 잠실 한강버스 정류장에 내려 잠실 한강공원을 구경하였다.
나는 잠실 한강공원에서 멋진호수와 갈대 그리고 핑크색 파라솔이 있는 모래사장이 기억에 남는다.
우리는 그 모래사장이 마음에들어 거기서 잠시 휴식을 취했다.





Near Jamsil Hangang Park, we took a walk around Seokchon Lake, enjoying the views of Lotte World and the autumn foliage.

우리는 잠실 한강공원 근처에 있는 석촌호수에서 한바퀴를 돌면서 롯데월드와 단풍을 구경하였다.




For our final stop, we went to Songridan-gil near Seokchon Lake and had clam udon, and the clams were absolutely delicious.
They were chewy and perfectly salty, pairing wonderfully with the udon and delighting my taste buds.

마지막 코스로 석촌호수 근처 송리단길에서 조개 우동을 먹었는데 조개가 진짜 맛있었다.
조개가 쫄깃하면서 적당이 짭잘하여 우동과 조합을 이루어 내 입속을 즐겁게 해주었다.
