My friend and I decided to hike Bukhansan Mountain.
So we chose the trail starting from Uidong, aiming for Baegundae—the highest peak of Bukhansan, which is also said to be the largest granite formation in East Asia.
At the beginning of the trail, a clear mountain stream and a Buddha statue welcomed us.
A little further up, we came across a small but reverent temple that deeply moved our hearts.
In front of the temple, the rows of small Buddha statues engraved with the names of people who had made wishes left a lasting impression on us.

그래서 우리는 우이동 쪽 등산로를 이용하여 동양최대의 화강암으로 이루어진 백운대를 목적지로 잡고 등산을하였다.

조금더 가니 규모는 작지만 마음의 울림을 주는 경건한 절이 나타났다.
절앞에 소원을 빈 사람의 이름이적힌 작은 부처상 들이 인상적이였다.

한시간쯤 올라갔을때 우리의 목적지인 백운대가 눈앞에 크게 나타났다.
저 백운대가 눈앞에 나타난후 등산 난이도가 급격하게 상승하였다.
As I was climbing, I sweated a lot, so I washed my face with the cool stream water, which truly refreshed and reinvigorated me.
As we got closer to the summit, the terrain became increasingly rocky.
정상이랑 가까워지니 암석지반이 많아지기 시작했다.

As you can tell from my short-sleeved shirt, I was sweating a lot despite the cool weather.

그래서 친구에게 부탁해 사진을 남겼다.
내 반팔을 보면 알겠지만 시원한 날씨에도 불구하고 땀이 엄청났다.

정상에 부근에 도착하니 서울도심이 작게 한눈에 보이기 시작했다.
또한 다른 봉우리들이랑 눈높이가 맞기 시작했다.

저기서 조금 더 오르다보니 드디어 정상에 도착했다.
정상에 올라오니 바람에 펄럭이는 태극기가 우리를 반겨주웠다.
평소에 제2롯데월드는 엄청 커보였는데 산 정상에서 보니 정말작아보였다.
Standing at the summit, looking out over the city of Seoul and the magnificent sky, I felt an indescribable sense of accomplishment.

The trail was mostly made of rocks rather than soil, making the descent quite challenging.
우리는 왔던길과 반대방향인 고양시 방향으로 하산을 결정하였다.
왜냐하면 나는 왔던길과 다른 새로운 길로 가보고 싶었기 때문이였다.
그 하산길을 흙보단 돌로 이루어져 정말 쉽지않았다

하산을 반쯤 했을 무렵 우리는 멋진 절을 봤다.

하산을 거의 다했을 무렵 우리는 북한산성에 있는 문들중 하나인 대서문을 보았다.
우리는 그위로 올라가 휴식을 취하였다.
What really impressed me was how one puppy ahead waited patiently for the one following behind.
앞서가던 강아지가 뒤따라오던 강아지를 기다려주는게 정말로 인상깊었다.

Climbing a mountain refreshes life and sometimes brings moments of insight.
Through this hike, I realized that when facing difficult and exhausting challenges, the best approach is not to look too far ahead, but to focus on the next step right in front of you and keep moving forward.

산을 오르면 삶을 리프레쉬 시켜주고 때때로 깨우침을 주기도한다.
나는 이번 산행을 통하여 힘들고 고된일들을 만날때에는 너무멀리보지말고 당장 자기앞에 발디딜 곳을 바라보고 나아가는게 가장 좋은 방법이라 깨달았다.
