Trying Yukhoe Nakji Tangtangi at Gwangjang Market, one of Seoul’s most famous traditional markets, was truly special.
Fresh raw beef tartare is topped with live octopus.
When mixed with a bit of sesame oil and an egg yolk, the nutty flavor and chewy texture fill your mouth.
Eating it amidst the lively, bustling atmosphere of the market made the experience even more memorable.
